Please note most orders are typically processed within 1-2 days. Please allow for an additional 48hrs during peak periods, such as collection launches, sales and promotions. 

Shipping is typically 2-3 business days.


 
Request a return

We hope you love all of your RFND purchases but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We will happily provide you with an exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets the below requirements.


Please note that discounted items and items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange or a store credit. This excludes the 10% new subscriber offer.

Please send us an email at info@rfndshop.com with the request for a return or an exchange. In your email please include your full name, order number an a description of the issue.

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Items must be returned with all original tags. 

Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

We reserve the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost. 

We are not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping.
